Push Mobility Community Health & Safety Update
Dear Push Mobility customers.
We are going through some challenging times. Living with a disability is not easy for many people and putting COVID19 into the mix is going to put stress on many people's lives. We exist as a company to help people with disabilities to be mobile and to maintain and improve independence. We are committed to keep doing this even in such challenging times.
We have spent the last few weeks thinking about what that might look like. We are going to be taking the following steps moving forward.
#️⃣ Video appointments:
We are now set up with facilities to run video appointments with clients. We understand that leaving home will be a challenge for many people during the next couple of months, so this will enable us to continue to improve mobility for our customers and meet your ongoing needs. If you would like to book a video appointment simply give us a call or pop us an email to info@pushmobility.com.au
#️⃣ In person trials:
We will continue to conduct in person trials on a case by case basis. This will be subject to change, depending on government ‘social distancing’ measures at the time. Please call us or email us for more information.
#️⃣ Shipping equipment for trials:
Due to the reduction of in person trials, we are happy to ship demo equipment for customers to trial at home. This will allow people to continue to trial and obtain new equipment and maintain their independence.
#️⃣ Online orders:
Online ordering will continue as usual. If you need tyres, tubes, casters or any wheelchair parts, simply order online and we will ship directly to you. You can even checkout using your NDIS.
#️⃣ Video support:
If you’re having trouble with equipment and require support, such as SmartDrive troubleshooting, backrest and adjustments and so on, we are here to help and able to provide assistance through video meetings.
#️⃣ Delay in some orders:
Because of COVID 19 we are expecting some customer orders to be delayed. We don’t know what this looks like yet, but we will be in communication with customers if and when this happens.
We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps to help keep our customers and employees safe.
We understand what challenging times these are for our community and we remain committed to supporting you in this unprecedented situation. If you do have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out via phone or email.
