π Common questions you might have regarding your Strike Force Power Soccer chair π
Β
β: What is the programmer for?
π
°οΈ: As you know you can program through the joystick but having the programmer lets you do things like save programs, load new programs such as the CP program for those that have control issues, power seating changes and so on.
β: Is a seat cushion something I would have to order separately?
π
°οΈ: Every Strike Force comes with a cushion. The standard cushion is the Express Gel. Some chairs have a M2 cushion, this is due to size they do not make express in a 20βx20β so it will be supplied with the M2.
β: What is the seat height of the standard wheelchair and was is the elevated seat height with seat elevation?
π
°οΈ: The standard height at the top of the 3 inch cushion is 14.5β at the back and 16.5β at the front of the seat. The elevate seating is about Β½ an inch higher in the down position and has 5.5β of elevation and comes forward 5β.
β: The Strike Force is not transport approved/crash tested is it? But it is transit approved.
π
°οΈ: We are CE approved and we have done impact testing. The Strike Force is safer for transport than any of the day chairs due to its construction and low centre of gravity.
β: What is the difference in the different battery chargers?
π
°οΈ: Any three pin 24V mobility charger rated for GEL batteries will work.
