A new update of the SmartDrive MX2+ (Wear OS) control app for the PushTracker E2 is now available. 📣

To get the best experience out of the product, we strongly encourage all users to update to the latest version (1.0.01)

The following updates occur in Version 1.0.01:
✅ Added the SmartDrive MX2+ watch face as a selectable option;
✅ Implemented “Power Assist Timeout” and configuration to help improve battery life;
✅ Overhauled app main screen to use smooth scrolling instead of paging;
✅ Bug fix to usage chart, timezone change handling and Wireless Updates;
✅ Loading time and performance improvements;
✅ App now downloads language file(s) from the server when entering Settings page;
✅ Removed “Deactivate Driving” button when the motor is actively driving and instead now is just “Turn Power Assist Off”, which both deactivates driving and puts it in Power Assist OFF instead of just deactivating driving and requiring the user to then again hit the button to turn Power Assist OFF for ease of use;
✅ Tap detection improvements to help reduce the number of unintentional triple-taps.

👉 To get the latest SmartDrive MX2+ (Wear OS) control app update or any other app update, download it from the Google Play Store app on your watch.
1. If you can’t see your screen, wake up the watch. 👈
2. To open your list of apps, press the crown button.
3. Tap the Play Store app.
If necessary, follow the instructions to connect to Wi-Fi and add a Google Account.
4. From the top of your screen, swipe down and tap My Apps.
5. If you see “Updates Available”, download the one you want, or tap Update All.

📝 Please note, any new install of the SmartDrive MX2+ control app moving forward will be to this updated version. Then similar to the other apps that might be installed on a PushTracker E2, existing installs of the SmartDrive MX2+ control app can either:
(1) automatically update, typically overnight; or
(2) be manually initiated through the Google Play store (see Download Wear OS app updates provided below).
