    By accepting this liability waiver I agree that:

    • Any cost incurred due to damage that is deemed to be caused by the client whilst equipment is on trial is the sole responsibility of the client.
    • If at any point during a supervised trial the Push Mobility Team feel that it is no longer safe or appropriate for the trial to continue, an immediate cancellation can be issued and the equipment will be safely transported back to the showroom.
    • Push Mobility is not responsible or liable for any injury or harm caused by incorrect use of equipment. (Thorough training and education will be involved during the handover of equipment for trial)
    • Equipment remains the property of Push Mobility and is to be returned in appropriate condition at the predetermined date set at the start of the trial. Any late returns are liable for additional charges, if parts or pieces of equipment are not returned the client is liable to replace these at current market prices (including any freight, duties or additional charges)
