Twion Discontinuation 

This is an announcement regarding the Alber Twion Power Assist Wheels.

The Twion Power Assist Wheels will be discontinued at the end of the year (2022). The Twion was designed primarily for active wheelchair users who want a lightweight and fast add-on drive that amplifies remaining power.   

With the e-motion M25, this product fully meets the requirements and offer a universal push rim drive that can be adapted to a wide range of wheelchair users' needs thanks to adjustment options.

Wheelchair users with greater limitations, including motor skills and strength can cope just as well with the e-motion. Also, children can be accommodated by the e-motions 25 as well. 

For active wheelchair users who's main focus is of low transport weight and only occasionally needing power assist support, we would recommend the SMOOV.

Twion orders received by 31/12/22 will be processed and delivered in any case.
