The rollers on your SmartDrive are like the tyres on your wheelchair. The post 2021 omni-drive wheel contains 18 rubber rollers that wear out and need to be changed to ensure years of SmartDrive enjoyment.

Please note these rollers are to suit SmartDrives from 2021 onwards as there are two versions available - one with 2 lots of 9 rollers as per this page and one with 16 rollers and 2 covers for earlier models pre 2021. To purchase the earlier model click here.

Changing the rollers will make your unit run smoother and quieter for a better ride.

It's recommended that your rollers are changed whenever you see flat spots on the rubber which for most chair users is around every 12 months.
